Body-in-White Welding Automation

Job Description

  • Design, develop and optimize robotic welding fixtures.
  • Participate in the integration design of automated production lines including welding, assembly, gluing, and fastening processes.
  • Support project technical proposals, design reviews, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
  • Continuously improve products and technologies based on customer needs and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers, software engineers and production teams.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
  • Experience: 5+ years in automation mechanical design; welding fixture design experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in mainstream mechanical design software; knowledge of robotic automation integration, welding, assembly and gluing processes; solid mechanical design foundation in materials, manufacturing processes and mechanical transmission; robot programming knowledge is a plus.

  • Mechanical Engineer
    Engine Assembly Automation

    Job Description

    • Design and develop non-standard automation equipment for engine, cylinder head, piston/connecting rod, and cylinder block assembly lines, as well as robotic workstations.
    • Participate in automation integration for assembly, gluing, and fastening processes.
    • Support technical proposals, design reviews, commissioning and maintenance.
    • Continuously improve products based on customer feedback.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Requirements

    • Education: Associate degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
    • Experience: 5+ years in automation mechanical design; engine assembly line experience preferred.
    • Skills: Proficient in CAD, CAE software; knowledge of robotic automation integration and assembly/gluing/welding processes; solid mechanical design foundation.

    Electrical Engineer
    Automation Line Electrical Control

    Job Description

    • Design, develop and commission electrical systems for automated production lines and robotic stations.
    • Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts; select components.
    • Program PLC, develop HMI interfaces, and debug robot programs.
    • Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting and technical support.
    • Write electrical documentation, operation manuals and maintenance guides.

    Requirements

    • Education: Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
    • Experience: 3+ years in automation electrical design; automotive or robotic integration experience preferred.
    • Skills: Proficient in mainstream electrical design software; skilled in mainstream PLC programming; familiar with mainstream industrial robots; knowledge of industrial fieldbus protocols; experience with servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and pneumatic components.

    Assembly Fitter
    Equipment Assembly & Commissioning

    Responsibilities

    • Read mechanical drawings and perform mechanical assembly, equipment installation, commissioning and precision calibration.
    • Knowledge of assembly processes, pneumatics, tolerance markings, and 5S management.
    • Continuously improve skills and quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and execution, good communication skills.

    Requirements

    • Education: Technical secondary school or above; mechanical manufacturing major preferred.
    • Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience.
    • Skills: Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, assembly fundamentals, tolerance knowledge, pneumatics, and 5S management.
